A sad relization

So as the days pass by I have noticed my clothes aren’t quite fitting like they should…. Hrm what could have happen to my clothes cause surely it must be my clothes doing something shrinking in the dryer oh wait I don’t dry my jeans????  So clearly I have gained weight, and I don’t think its a small amount, I feel so completely uncomfortable with myself.  So I have GOT to do something about this.  But dieting is so incredible hard, especially in this household and its only cause we eat lots of pasta, we love it here and lots of potatoes again another love.  I don’t want to stop eating the things I love but I’ve got to find away to portion it out or something.  So any dieting ideas?  I need to lose weight of course in my stomach and my arms and my face, those are key places and I would like to shape up my legs.  So if anyone as the GREAT dieting secret please share it with me or even some dieting tips, I welcome ALL the help I can get!  So I think I am going to buy a scale and really get serious maybe even blog my weight lose maybe sharing it publicly will help me want to succeed.  I don’t want to be stick thin but I want to look good in my clothes, and yes feel good about myself when I’m naked ( And if ur smart u get where I’m going with the naked thing)  So my fellow blog friends I shall return to check what ideas u leave me and once I have  scale I believe I will start posting my dieting on here.

Know it wasn’t a exciting post but its the weight on my shoulders at the moment No pun intended

  1. I forgot to ask you this last night, how is it going? are you doing a diet or exercising? riding a bike is a great way to exercise and you can do that with the family!!!! Love ya bunches
