And hes two

Jan. 15th my son turned two.  TWO!  I am still in shock.  I can’t believe how fast they grow up, and how amazing it is to watch them grow into their own.  His personality gets bigger and bigger with each passing moment.  I am beyond blessed to claim this lil charmer as my son.  So with turning two we are now beginning to take away the pacifier, which is a lot harder on me then him, because I am watching all the small things that make him a baby disappear, it truly is a bittersweet thing.  We have also got a toddler bed that I hope to have put up by the end of this week, and it is a awesome bed, spongebob put of course.  Maybe one day I will start posting pics on this blog until then, u will have to look on my myspace.   And potty training, which I am  very very lost on.  I will keep u updated on how all of this growing up stuff is going. 

The birthday party.  What was the theme, u may wonder…  SPONGEBOB!  Nothing else would do.  My aunt made the cake, and she makes the BEST cake ever!!!!  So good she will probably make my wedding cake that is to assume that I will get married one day ummm ?  We only had one problem that day, Nolan was not happy about the fact that he had to sit at the table and eat his cake I got a wonderful picture of him throwing one of his tantrums.  Presents well he as enough toys to last him till his like 4 seriously.  And out of all the toys he got, there was only one he played with and it was a lil lightening mcqueen car that derek got him.  Good Job Derek!  It was good day he was very excited to blow out the candles and he did it all by himself, and he just thought it was the greatest thing ever when we clapped afterwards.  He is so all about being the center of attention, I have no clue where he got that from???  And after the bday party, lots of love from his momma he went with his Nonnie and PawPaw to spend 5 days in Knoxville being spoiled out of his mind!

Thus begin my mommy free week.  Which is fun for the 1st two days then it sucks, the house is to quiet and how I miss my son’s hugs!  I did nothing exciting!  I worked all week, and spent most of my free time with Derek.  It was nice and relaxing tho.  My last night however I did go out to dinner with Heather and Jess, then ended up hanging out with Ashley Freemen, Daniel, Michael, and two other guys I dont know.  Good times good times, nothing exciting went down.  But now my son is home and I feel like I have purpose again

So last night, at round 10:15 me and derek left his house and headed to my house which is like 30 to 40 mins from his house.  We get on the four lane and there as been a really bad wreck.  We sat in traffic for a hour and a half.  It was awful we seen them medflight someone, just terrible.  I have no clue if the person is alright or what really happen, I just know that I am beyond thankful I bought the dvd player for the car, so my son could enjoy spongebob thru our wait, if not for that he probably would have not enjoyed sitting still for that long.  

Well thats about as good as it gets tonight kiddos, maybe something exciting will happen or I will get a social life and have tons more to write about….. Dont hold ur breath
